Edgewood’s Councilor In Training program is an exciting and challenging way to develop camp skills and grow as a leader.   CITs gain skills required for serving as a camp councilor, faith sharing, group and recreation leadership . You will also be trained in Edgewood’s policies and procedures, emergency plans, and safe work habits – all things you need to know and be practiced in to work at any camp or children’s program. You will be scheduled into many regular camp chores to help you understand what it takes to provide the camp experience to all of Edgewood’s campers.  Come see what it means to “Keep the Earth” with each other, as camp leaders, and in our world.  Learn about  who you are and where you can go with skills you can take anywhere.

CIT applicants  will receive a special application questionnaire and a detailed schedule of camp dates upon sending a pre-registration form.
